Cynthia Casey, M.D. – Medical Director

Dr. Cynthia Casey has been the medical director for The Coalition Family Health Center since 2011. Dr. Casey graduated from medical school at Creighton University, Omaha, NE with high honors. She completed her residency at the University of Wyoming. Dr. Casey was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY and continues to enjoy living in her home state. She is married and has three children (one son and twin daughters). She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, playing the piano, reading, and cooking.

Douglas Tew, PA-C – Physician Assistant

Doug is a physician assistant for The Coalition Family Health Center and longtime Gillette resident. Doug completed his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. Prior to coming to The Coalition Family Health Center, Doug practiced in urgent care for five years. Doug and his wife have five amazing children. They enjoy camping and backpacking in the mountains of Wyoming.

Robert Bonacci – Health Center Manager

Robert has been the health center manager for The Coalition Family Health Center since April 2010. His career in the medical field started in 1994 when he became an Army medic. Robert's mission is to ensure the health center is an outstanding Patient Centered Medical Home, where members and their families can receive quality medical care.

Stephanie Gallion – Office Manager

Stephanie has been the office manager for the Coalition Family Health Center since 2024. She has been in the medical field for most of her working career. She has managed other facilities and departments at other medical facilities and brings valuable experience to the Coalition. Stephanie is committed to helping members as they receive quality care in our health center.
